The 52S cooling plate is engineered to address the heat dissipation challenges of 1P52S battery modules and high-power components, delivering reliable and consistent thermal control.

Optimized Design for Seamless Integration

The 52S cooling plate is designed with balanced dimensions to ensure both performance and adaptability. The total length (including nozzles) ranges from 1138 mm to 1163.3 mm, supporting customized configurations. With a fixed width of 790 mm and a height of 10 mm, it integrates efficiently into standard energy storage systems. The stamping and brazing process enhances structural strength, while optional surface treatments such as anodizing, sandblasting, and electroplating improve corrosion resistance in demanding environments.

Advanced Flow Channel for Superior Heat Transfer

At the core of the 52S cooling plate is a topology-optimized flow channel design. Compared with conventional serpentine structures, it reduces thermal resistance by 20%–50% and increases the Nusselt number by up to 76.1%. This enables precise temperature control within an operating range of -20°C to 55°C. The design includes 14 mm diameter water outlets and flexible mounting hole spacing (966 mm length direction, 19 mm width direction), ensuring efficient coolant distribution and installation flexibility.

High Reliability and Safety Performance

The 52S cooling plate is developed with a strong focus on operational safety and durability. It features an IP67 protection rating, explosion-proof pressure valves, and anti-condensation technology to mitigate environmental and operational risks. Compatibility with 314Ah prismatic LFP cells further supports high energy density applications while maintaining thermal stability.
